What Your Day Looks Like 🎨 As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work 1-on-1 with children in our therapy center and outdoor farm environment helping them build life skills through guided play. Your day may include:
- Playing games and creative activities
- Helping children improve communication
- Supporting social and emotional development
- Celebrating progress and milestones

Schedule & Work-Life Balance ✔ Monday – Friday only ✔ No evenings ✔ No weekends ✔ No major holidays ✔ Consistent hours Center Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Typical technician schedule: 30–36 hours per week Pay & Benefits 💰 💵 $18/hour base pay after training PLUS: ⭐ $3/hour performance bonus ➡️ Up to $21/hour once certified Experienced RBTs can earn up to $27/hour.
