Full Time Direct Support Professional

The role involves executing goals outlined in the person-Centered individualized support plan, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring client safety by adhering to risk management plans and reporting any abuse immediately. Responsibilities also include administrative tasks like data collection, billing submission, and maintaining professional conduct regarding communication and attendance.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, pass criminal background checks, and maintain current cpr and first aid certifications annually. A valid indiana driver's license, reliable transportation with full coverage insurance, and the ability to lift 50 lbs are mandatory requirements for this position.
