Core responsibilities
The assessment bcba conducts initial assessments for new patients and develops treatment plans for aba therapy. They also coordinate with the intake team and monitor patient progress while supervising the implementation of behavior plans.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a master's degree in aba or a related field and be board certified as a bcba. Experience with behavior programming for patients with autism and strong organizational skills are also required.
