Family Partner

The family partner is responsible for building collaborative relationships with individuals, families, and community partners to support engagement within the family success center and the broader community. This role involves providing problem-Solving support, general guidance, conducting tours, offering referrals, facilitating groups, and providing advocacy and outreach.

Candidates must possess an associate degree along with two years of experience in developing or implementing community-Based services, prevention programs, or other human service programs. A valid new jersey driver's license, a safe driving record, and vehicle availability are mandatory requirements for this position.
