How you’ll make an impact in this role Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis
- Perform high-level diagnostic assessments to evaluate a patient’s clinical needs and psychosocial status.
- Treatment &
- Psychotherapy: Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals. Administer evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the patient’s specific disorder or disability.
- Multidisciplinary
- Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team to align on treatment goals and patient progress. Lead or participate in care conferences, providing expert insights based on assessments and clinical updates.
Schedule
- Monday-Wednesday 11:00 am-8:00 pm;
- Thursday 8:30 am-5:00 pm;
- Friday 8:30 am-3:00 pm
What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration
One or more of the following required: Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Social Worker credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Clinical Counselor obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education
Master's degree required.
