PT Harm Reduction Specialist

The harm reduction specialist will develop and implement the syringe access program in mercer county, conducting outreach and providing education on safe syringe use. Responsibilities also include data collection, networking with community providers, and ensuring proper supply management for the mobile van.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in hiv/Aids or a related field, or equivalent experience. Fluency in spanish and the ability to work with diverse populations are preferred.
