Lead Preschool Teacher

The lead teacher will lead a mixed-Age preschool classroom within a montessori framework, focusing on nurturing concentration, confidence, and deep learning through individualized guidance and prepared environments. Key duties include closely observing children, providing lessons in practical life, literacy, and math, and building strong, respectful relationships with children and families.

Candidates must possess a montessori diploma for ages 3–6 or be willing to obtain certification (Fully sponsored), along with experience working with children aged 3–6 in a group setting. A bachelor's degree in child development or early childhood education and alignment with child-Led philosophies are also required.
