Family Support Specialist

The specialist collaborates with social/Educational services to secure health, financial, vocational, and social services for students and families while enforcing company policies. Primary duties involve coordinating and implementing support systems to address students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs, and leading initiatives defined by the school’s mental health plan.

A master's degree in social work is required, along with credentials to serve as a clinical field supervisor, and experience in education, social services, and community services assisting at-Risk youth is mandatory. A valid driver's license and effective communication skills are also required, with bilingualism being preferred.
