Geneva Center: Youth Mentor

The mentor is directly responsible for the physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, educational, social, safety, and security needs of each student, working collaboratively with staff. Duties include maintaining required certifications, establishing healthy relationships, performing student checks, coaching students on daily basics and chores, and enforcing program policies.

Candidates must possess exceptional relationship and executive function skills, demonstrating dependability, reliability, and accountability in their work. Essential requirements include the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and genuinely care for others while being able to receive and carry out instructions.
