- Get to Do:The Behavior Analyst will develop and implement programs and services to remediate behavioral and social problems for adult persons served.Core responsibilities include:Design programs and Implement/monitor systems that support people who are engaging in challenging behaviors.Participate as a team member in order to facilitate enriched quality of life, desired lifestyles, increased levels of independence and productivity, and social/physical integration.Review behavioral staff reports/plans.Participate as a member of our professional interdisciplinary team which provides assessments, intervention strategies, and consultation for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm; however, work schedule may change depending on the scheduling needs of individuals. Appointments may occur in the early morning, evening or on the weekend to best meet the needs of the person served.Travel:This role will be based in Milwaukee and will follow a standard rotation of visits to program sites in Milwaukee, Madison, Janesville, Baraboo, Lyndon Station, and occasionally Eau Claire.We believe in supporting not only those we serve but also each other, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment for all.
