Get Kids Ready Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher is responsible for implementing the ymca's mission and goals by delivering high-Quality child education programs, adhering to wisconsin licensing rules, and providing instructional leadership for curriculum and activities. This role involves supervising and guiding preschool or school-Age children's development in a safe and healthy environment.

Candidates must successfully meet the assistant child care teacher qualifications set by wisconsin and maintain current cpr/Aed and first aid certification for adults, children, and infants, though training can be provided upon hire.
