The registered behavior technician provides direct implementation of applied behavior analysis (Aba) goals for individuals with disabilities, primarily autism, under the direction of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This includes implementing individualized supports, communicating progress to team members, and ensuring compliance with organizational and funder requirements.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and maintain an active rbt certification or be willing to complete the certification process, with annual renewal required. Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities, including autism, and their families is preferred.
