VPK Lead Teacher

The lead teacher will manage classroom activities, foster positive relationships with children and families, and implement learning experiences covering physical health, social-Emotional development, and academic skills aligned with florida's vpk standards. Responsibilities also include conducting detailed assessments, adhering to health and safety guidelines, maintaining documentation, and ensuring open communication with parents.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, completion of dcf 45 hours, one year of classroom experience, and the ability to pass a background check. Additionally, they need either a cda or fccpc with vpk training, or a relevant degree in education or child development, along with genuine empathy and strong communication skills.
