Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, completion of dcf 45 hours, one year of classroom experience, and the ability to pass a background check. Additionally, they need either a cda or fccpc with vpk training, or a relevant degree in education or child development, along with genuine empathy and strong communication skills.
