Night youth care worker

The night youth care worker will ensure 24-Hour security and supervision for high-Risk male youths aged 13-19 in a residential treatment setting. Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting behaviors, joining youth during recreation, and assisting them in learning and development within the program.

Candidates must possess either a high school diploma or ged plus 40 hours of college education, or one year of experience working with youth in organized group activities. A valid driver’s license is also required for consideration.
