Speech Therapist (ST) - Home Health

The speech therapist provides coordinated care to clients of all ages, planning and implementing care plans to restore or maintain patient well-Being. They perform clinical assessments, document care plans, and communicate effectively with clients and healthcare professionals.

Candidates must have a master's or doctorate in speech-Language pathology and a current state professional license. Two years of experience as a speech-Language pathologist in a clinical setting is required, with home health experience preferred.
