Home Health Speech Therapist- PRN

The speech language pathologist provides coordinated care to clients of all age groups, implementing and evaluating care plans to restore or maintain patient well-Being. They perform clinical assessments, document care plans, and communicate effectively with clients and healthcare professionals.

Candidates must have a master's degree or doctorate in speech-Language pathology and a current state professional license. Two years of experience in a clinical care setting is required, with home health experience preferred.
