Trainer

The primary function is to train new team member trainees on all merry maids cleaning techniques, procedures, products, and equipment, ensuring trainees follow proper methods through demonstration and inspection. Responsibilities also include reviewing service reports, performing daily vacuum maintenance, and assisting with daily office upkeep.

Essential qualifications include clear speaking, hearing, reading, and writing english, along with the ability to drive a personal car to various work sites daily. Candidates must be physically capable of handling cleaning solutions, pet hair, dust, and mold, and performing strenuous activities like lifting 20 pounds, bending, and washing floors on hands and knees.
