Glendale Day Program Caregiver

The caregiver will support members with developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities to empower their independence, while fostering trust and companionship through engaging interactions. This role also requires implementing behavior support strategies to promote safety and wellbeing, and collaborating with professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Candidates must be compassionate, patient, reliable, and observant individuals over 18 years old with a clean background and strong communication skills. Applicants should also be open to learning and applying behavior management techniques to positively impact members.
