Afternoons & Evenings In-Home Caregiver

The caregiver will support members with developmental disabilities in their daily routines, including assisting with activities of daily living such as meal preparation and personal hygiene tasks. Responsibilities also involve fostering trust, promoting safety through behavior support strategies, and upholding member rights and dignity.

Candidates must be compassionate, patient, reliable, and over 18 years old with a clean background and strong communication skills. Openness to learning and applying behavior management techniques is also required for this role.
