Campus Safety Officer - 2nd Shift Part-Time

The campus safety officer ensures a safe and secure environment for the university community by completing campus patrols, responding to emergencies, and handling incidents during assigned shifts. Duties include, but are not limited to, access management, after-Hours property checks, first responder calls, and supporting departmental operations.

A high school diploma is required, though an associate's or bachelor's degree in criminal justice or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of one year of experience in law enforcement or campus safety. Candidates must be physically capable of standing and lifting up to 50 pounds, possess a valid driver's license, and obtain several required certifications within three months of hire.
