Childcare Summer Camp/ Floating Lead Teacher

The lead teacher instructs children using an approved curriculum to foster social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth while establishing and maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining the classroom, supervising children according to regulations, planning parent conferences, and providing daily written feedback to parents.

Candidates must meet state licensing requirements for education and experience as credentialed lead teachers, possessing knowledge of early childhood education curriculum. A minimum of an associate's degree or higher is required, along with documentation of a clean background check from dcdee.
