Child and Family Support Specialist (New)

The specialist will partner with clinical professionals to deliver care coordination and reinforce treatment plan objectives while providing direct support to children and families in various settings. This role involves collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to schedule therapy sessions and communicating observations regarding client progress to the treatment team.

Candidates should ideally have a bachelor's degree in a human services-Related field, or equivalent experience, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills for independent and team-Based work. A valid montana driver's license, a reliable personal vehicle, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory requirements.
