Child and Family Case Manager - FACT (Helena, MT)

Provide case management services to clients and assist them in gaining access to various services such as medical, social, educational, vocational, and recreational. Participate in treatment planning and review as a member of a treatment team.

A bs/Ba degree in a human services related field is preferred, but equivalency can be based on documented work history, education, and volunteer experience. Strong oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to assess clients from a strengths model perspective, are essential.
