Behavior Technician, Paid Training!

Behavior technicians provide personalized, one-On-One therapy sessions to children and teens with autism under the guidance of a bcba in various settings. Key duties include implementing treatment plans, assisting with challenging behaviors, collecting data, and completing necessary documentation.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, and be able to earn rbt certification within 45 days, for which training is provided. A love for working with children, strong communication skills, and commitment to integrity are essential.
