Employment Training Specialist

The employment training specialist will assist adults with developmental disabilities in obtaining and retaining employment by teaching job tasks and coordinating instruction and positive behavior management strategies. This role also involves facilitating the integration of participants into their communities through training in community interaction skills.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and a valid california driver license with proof of auto insurance, and must be willing to undergo criminal background and drug screenings. Direct support experience is preferred, and experience in teaching or corporate training is considered a plus.
