Employment Training Specialist

The specialist will assist adults with developmental disabilities in obtaining and retaining employment by teaching job tasks and coordinating instruction and positive behavior management strategies. This role also involves providing support services and facilitating the integration of participants into their communities.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, and 1-2 years of direct support experience is preferred, with teaching experience being a plus. A valid california driver license, proof of auto insurance, and willingness to undergo a criminal background check and drug screen are mandatory.
