Academic Advisor

The academic advisor will work directly with students to guide their academic path, assisting with course selection, degree requirements, and decision-Making processes to promote student success and retention. Responsibilities also include academic coaching, developing learning strategies for students, and implementing advising events like workshops.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field such as counseling, education, or business, along with a minimum of one year of professional experience in academic advising, coaching, or student services. Required attributes include being highly motivated, empathetic, possessing strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in microsoft suite.
