Child Care Specialist – $22–$28/hr | Supportive Team & Great Culture

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized aba treatment plans under the supervision of a bcba and collect data on client progress. They will provide direct 1:1 therapy in home settings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists.

Candidates should hold a registered behavior technician certification and have at least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities. A high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check are required.
