Teacher Assistant

The assistant teacher will support the lead teacher in delivering developmentally appropriate instruction and fostering a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment. They are responsible for conducting ongoing child assessments, engaging families as partners, and implementing research-Based curriculum to support school readiness.

Candidates must possess a degree in early childhood education or a degree in another field with at least six completed courses in early childhood education. Hands-On experience teaching preschool-Aged children and strong communication skills are required.
