Preschool Teacher

The preschool teacher will nurture responsive teacher-Child relationships using the class™ framework, cultivate an inclusive classroom, and deliver age-Appropriate, standards-Aligned instruction to foster school readiness for children aged 3 to 5. Responsibilities also include monitoring developmental progress through ongoing assessments and actively engaging families as collaborative partners in each child’s growth.

Candidates must possess a deep commitment to working with young children and supporting their holistic growth in an inclusive setting, coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills. Required education is a degree in early childhood education or a degree in another field with at least six completed courses in early childhood education, along with hands-On experience teaching preschool-Aged children.
