After-School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Lake in the Hills

The registered behavior technician will work one-On-One with children aged 4-11 with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) to help them develop communication, social, and daily-Living skills. Responsibilities include implementing individualized therapy programs designed by bcbas, collecting data, and engaging children through play and movement.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of a high school diploma or ged and possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance. The role requires physical engagement, including bending, squatting, and lifting up to 30 pounds, along with a commitment to punctuality and a positive, teachable attitude.
