Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Lake in the Hills

The registered behavior technician will work one-On-One with children aged 2-8 with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) to help them develop essential communication, social, and daily-Living skills. Responsibilities include implementing individualized therapy programs designed by bcbas, collecting data, and actively engaging children through play and movement.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, and have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance. The role requires physical stamina, including bending, squatting, and lifting up to 30 pounds, along with a positive, energetic, and collaborative attitude.
