Job description

  • We are thrilled to announce a brand-new $1,000 Sign-On Bonus specifically for Active RBTs.
  • We want to honor the best of the best, and there’s no better way to show our appreciation for your expertise than by putting some extra cash in your pockets. 💰 The Payout Breakdown To keep our new hires motivated and engaged, the bonus will be issued in two strategic installments: Payment #1: $250 (Paid out on the 2nd payroll after hire).

  • That’s why we provide you with fully paid comprehensive training to help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification – That means no prior experience is required!
  • In fact, most of our new hires are ready to sit for their certification within just 35 days of their start date.
  • What You’ll Do Work 1:1 with children between the ages of 2-9 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them learn communication, social, and daily-living skills.
  • Implement individualized therapy programs designed by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collect data, and participate in team discussions around progress and strategy.
  • Bring energy, creativity, and passion – Using play, movement, and laughter to engage children while promoting skill-building and growth.
  • Partner with clients and their families in celebrating wins, problem-solving challenges, and promoting each child’s growth.
  • What We’re Looking For Energetic team players who show up ready to engage and move with children throughout their sessions – This includes bending, squatting, lifting up to 30 pounds, and keeping pace with energetic young learners during play and activities.
  • A collaborator ready to take on multiple tasks and decisions at once – whether it’s guiding a child, taking notes, or communicating with parents or clinical staff.
  • Positive role models with a commitment to safety by keeping the therapy environment organized, safe, and welcoming so every child can explore and learn comfortably.
