Core responsibilities
The teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards, while also assessing student progress and providing feedback to students and parents/Guardians. Additionally, they must maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment and collaborate with staff to improve educational programs.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a child development associate (Cda) or state equivalency, or an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field. Required skills include experience teaching in a classroom setting, strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to create and implement effective lesson plans.
