SFP Facilitator

The sfp group leader is responsible for facilitating interactive workshops and group sessions for families enrolled in the strengthening families program, focusing on communication, parenting skills, and family bonding.

Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years old and possess strong facilitation and group leadership skills, along with excellent communication abilities to build trust with diverse families. Required certifications include cpr, first aid, and aed within 60 days of employment.
