Summer Program Instructor

The instructor is responsible for fostering a welcoming and supportive environment, encouraging participation, and guiding members in understanding programs, safety, and expectations. They will also assist with program delivery, communicate plans, observe activities, and maintain attendance records.

Candidates should preferably have experience working with youth through volunteering, school, or work, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role requires the ability to follow instructions, work independently, and handle occasional physical demands such as standing for extended periods and lifting objects over 25 lbs.
