Summer Camp Counselor, Oak Park/River Forest

Counselors will be the core presence for campers, guiding them through an impactful, safe, and engaging summer experience while staying with the same group all week to foster a supportive environment. Responsibilities include leading and supervising groups of 15+ campers weekly, collaborating with instructors on the project-Based curriculum, and participating in all camp activities.

Candidates must have experience supervising groups of 10+ children and at least one year of experience in summer camp, childcare, tutoring, or related fields, with availability for 8-Hour shifts monday through friday for a minimum of four continuous weeks. Applicants must be at least 18 years old by may 1st, 2026, and able to complete all pre-Camp requirements including background checks and training.
