Intermittent Fitness Instructor

Fitness instructors are responsible for teaching various group exercise and instructional classes under supervision, which includes developing individual lesson plans and leading instructional sessions for participants. Staff must maintain familiarity with evacuation plans, attend mandatory meetings, and provide quality customer service to all staff and customers.

Candidates must possess knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and safe group exercise procedures, along with professional instructor certification or prior training in the related field. Required credentials include first aid, cpr, and aed certifications, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.
