Teacher

The teacher assists in implementing a quality, developmentally appropriate childcare program by supervising children and staff, promoting a safe environment, and participating in curriculum planning and development assessment. This role also involves directly supervising student staff and volunteers, facilitating meetings, and conducting performance feedback.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 12 semester units in early childhood education or development, including specific core courses, or an associate of arts degree in a related field. A minimum of one year of experience working with preschool-Aged children or infants/Toddlers is required, alongside mandatory certifications like cpr/First aid/Aed and passing background checks.
