SPED - Self-Contained Middle School Teacher

The special education self-Contained teacher is responsible for maintaining detailed student service logs, creating and modifying lessons, and providing both small group and individual student services as outlined in the student's iep. This role also involves collaborating with general education teachers for mainstreaming students and ensuring all iep-Related documentation and deadlines are met.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or higher, accompanied by at least 24 credit hours in the relevant content area. A valid state teaching license for k-6 or k-12 is an essential requirement for this full-Time, 10-Month position, which includes training in july.
