Summer Program Instructor

The instructor is responsible for fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for youth, encouraging participation, and guiding members in understanding programs and safety expectations. They will also assist with program delivery, communicate plans, observe activities, and maintain attendance records.

Preferred experience includes working with youth through volunteering, school, or work, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be able to follow instructions, work independently, and handle physical demands such as standing for extended periods and lifting over 25 lbs.
