Case Manager

Key responsibilities include providing administrative support to the program director, assisting with data tracking and presentation, and delivering case management services for high-Need, at-Risk families.

Candidates must possess a ba or bs in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field, along with a minimum of one year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families. Bilingual proficiency in spanish is required, along with a valid california driver's license if job duties necessitate driving.
