Behavioral Interventionist

Key responsibilities include applying hands-On management techniques like cpi for crisis situations, protecting and supervising students on campus, and providing crisis intervention when necessary. The role also involves assisting students in resolving problems and developing essential social and interpersonal skills.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience dealing with physically aggressive behaviors and behavior intervention, along with familiarity or current use of cpi or similar physical restraint methods. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a bachelor's degree is highly preferred, and flexibility for extended hours during crises is mandatory.
