Montessori Lead Teacher: West Palm Beach, FL

The lead teacher will plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities to facilitate active montessori learning experiences for up to 20 children aged three through five. Responsibilities also include building relationships with families and collaborating with assistant teachers while reporting to the head of school.

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor's degree or four years of relevant montessori lead teacher experience, along with two or more years as a lead teacher for children aged zero to six. Candidates must also meet all florida credentialing criteria for early childhood teachers and demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
