Special Needs Classroom Assistant

The assistant will collaborate with special educators and therapists to support students' learning and daily care, providing one-On-One and small-Group instructional and behavioral assistance. Responsibilities also include assisting students with personal needs like toileting, feeding, and mobility, while maintaining a safe and welcoming classroom environment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate a compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to student care. Preferred experience includes working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, and the ability to pass background checks is mandatory.
