Direct Service Professional (DSP)

The direct service professional provides hands-On care, instruction, supervision, and engagement to individuals with developmental disabilities across residential, educational, recreational, and community settings. Responsibilities include implementing individualized support plans focusing on independence, daily living skills, socialization, and community integration.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, and preferably have at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in related care settings. A valid florida driver's license and the ability to pass background checks are mandatory requirements.
