Core responsibilities
The intern will investigate, analyze, and resolve hardware, associated software, and communications problems on endpoint systems, including performing necessary hardware repairs and maintenance. This role also involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting system failures, evaluating existing hardware, and performing necessary systems upgrades.
Requirements summary
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess knowledge of endpoint hardware and wired/Wireless networking utilizing tcp/Ip, applying technical knowledge of electronics principles to diagnose malfunctions. Candidates must also demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, and be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders over 15 feet.
