We are seeking a creative, energetic, and dependable Preschool Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to supporting young children’s growth and development. Our ideal candidate enjoys working in a play-based environment, collaborates well with others, and is motivated to continue growing both professionally and personally.

Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum

Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development

Supervise children in the classroom and on the playground, ensuring safety at all times

Observe and assess children’s progress and respond to individual and group needs

Maintain consistent communication with the Director and teaching team regarding student development and classroom needs

Build positive relationships with families and communicate regularly about children’s progress and experiences

Collaborate with fellow teachers and administration to maintain program consistency and quality

Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards

Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications: Experience working as a Preschool Teacher (preferred)

Strong understanding of child development and early childhood best practices

Experience with play-based learning environments

Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation standards

Excellent communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills

Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Bachelor’s degree in Child Development or related field (preferred)

Minimum of 12 ECE units required

At least 2 years of preschool teaching experience preferred

Job Type Full-Time — In Person
