Teachers are hired proactively as ready to place teachers (Rpts) to prepare for future classroom vacancies by collaborating with leadership and peers. Responsibilities include assuming full classroom teacher duties, creating an engaging learning environment, implementing a proven curriculum, analyzing student data, and collaborating with staff to meet student needs.
