Behavior Technician (RBT) - Sugarloaf, PA

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One direct care to children with autism in various settings, teaching daily living and social skills through play-Based aba therapy implemented as designed by a bcba. Responsibilities also include accurately collecting behavior data and collaborating with the team to support client progress.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor's degree in a human services area preferred, and must be comfortable working with children. Applicants need reliable transportation and the physical ability to perform tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds, along with a commitment to completing company rbt training and passing the exam within 90 days.
